Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha Review with Pros and Cons: Considerable
After a long time, I’m going to review the Noise smartwatch. That said, Noise has recently launched the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha at Rs 4,499 in India and it has everything that Indian users are looking for except the built-in GPS but it does have a 60Hz AMOLED panel and even single-chip Bluetooth calling.
So before we start the review, let me share the launch price.
Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha regular price is Rs 4,499 but for a limited time it will be available for Rs 3,799 and it comes in Jet Black, Deep Wine, Rose Pink, Vintage Brown, and Silver Grey color options.
Now, let’s jump into the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha Review…
Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha Review
Yes, the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha is worth buying because it offers everything from a smooth 60Hz AMOLED display, stable Bluetooth calling, solid build quality, decent battery life, clean watch UI, and even improved application. However, it doesn’t have a built-in GPS which is a big letdown for those who wanted a smartwatch for the fitness side of things.
First, let me give you perspective,
Every morning, I do go on outdoor runs and because of that, built-in GPS is a must-have feature. So if I’m buying a smartwatch, the watch should have built-in GPS otherwise, the watch won’t be useful for my kind of usage.
I don’t like to talk to someone on a call using a smartwatch, so Bluetooth calling is not useful for me, so I would rather buy a smartwatch that focuses more on the fitness side of things, and in that case, Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha is not made my kind of usage.

Now, ask yourself, whether you want a smartwatch that looks good, comes with a calling feature, and has fancy watch faces. If that’s what you want then you won’t find a good option than the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha.
Secondly, if you’re my kind then you should rather consider the Amazfit Bip 3 Pro or RealMe Watch 3 Pro and skip the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha.
Concluding everything from price to feature, Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha does offer value at a Rs 4,499 price tag but it also has come flows, like missing built-in GPS and unstable sleep monitoring other than that, it’s a good option for day-to-day usage.

Display
The Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha comes with a 1.78-inch 60Hz AMOLED display with a resolution of 368×448 pixels and a pick brightness of 500 nits while it does have an ALWAYS-ON display.
The watch doesn’t have huge bezels, it’s a square smartwatch and even after that, Noise managed to remove the bottom bezels.
Also, the 500 nits brightness is good enough for all kinds of usage, you will able to read the text or use the watch navigation even under the sunlight without any problem.

The touch response is also good, here, Noise has used good quality AMOLED panel rather than using cheap ones like the way they’re using on Rs 3000 smartwatches.
In short, the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha has a good display and you won’t face any kind of problem in day-to-day usage.
Design, Comfort, and Build
As I have said, the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha has a square design which looks great as always. The frames are made from aluminum while the back has glossy plastic, lastly, Noise didn’t mention what kind of glass they used on the front side.
The frames are matt which means, the watch won’t feel messy.
The watch has 45 grams of weight with the strap which is surprising but Noise managed to keep the weight on the lower sides even after using the aluminum frames.
By the way, as you can see the smartwatch has a physical crown on the right side, which works. You can use the same to navigate through the watch UI.

Again, the watch is a bit bigger because of that 1.78-inches Display, so if you have a small wrist then this watch will feel bigger but if you have a big wrist then you will love the way it looks and feels.
The watch has 22mm strep, so if you don’t like the default strap then you can buy any other third-party 22mm strep from Amazon and it will fit perfectly on Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha.
Ins short, the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha is comfortable to wear all day, and all night.
Application
You will have to download the NoiseFit App on your smartphone otherwise, you won’t be able to take full advantage of Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha. By the way, NoiseFit is available both on App Store and Play Store.
First, let me give you my perspective,
Personally, I don’t like the way, NoiseFit App looks, it feels like I’m using a Rs 1000 Smartwatch application. The app has improved since I tested the Noise ColorFit Caliber Go but the design remains the same.
The design is subjective and that’s why I said, “my perspective”. Now the app,
The NoiseFit app has all the features that a smartwatch should have. You will be able to see, the battery percentage, steps, calories, sleep tracking, and heart rate graph.
Also, if you run a lot then you can also use your smartphone GPS which is added to the NoiseFit app. No built-in GPS but it lets you use your smartphone’s GPS.
One More thing, for some reason, Noise pushing ads in the NoiseFit App, they’re marketing other noise smartwatches within the app.
Now, I’m cool with if Noise wants to promote their product but don’t just flash those ads on my eye or don’t put it on the home page of the NoiseFit App.
There you have it, this is NoiseFit App.
Health and Fitness Tracking
I have tested quite of few Noise smartwatches and every single of them has a sleep-tracking issue. Let me give you an example,
Earlier today, I was watching a “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” movie on Netflix at around 8:00 PM. I was also wearing the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha and guess what,
The watch counted the 1.30 hours into the nap sleep cycle, now which was surprising because this kind of issue mainly occurs on a budget smartwatch but as this is almost a 5k smartwatch, so this shouldn’t have happened.
Now, this feels like a software issue and I feel it can be easily fixed with software, let’s see when Noise will fix this sleep issue.
By the way, the watch does measure the SpO2 or even Heart Rate accurately.
Noise has also added all the necessary features like 150 watch faces, 100 built-in sports Modes, a Female cycle, a Drinking Reminder, an Activity Tracker, Heart Rate Monitor, SpO2, and Stress Monitoring too.
By the way, 10 sport modes are available on the smartwatch itself while the remaining 90 are available in the NoiseFit app.
The only problem is sleep tracking.
Bluetooth Calling
Noise has using the single-chip for Bluetooth calling which means, the calling will be stable and it won’t drop connection while you’re talking with someone. The watch also has Bluetooth 5.3 which again will ensure a stable connection between the watch and smartphone.
Noise has used a good-quality microphone and speaker, so you won’t face any kind of problem while talking to someone but if you’re in heavily crowded places where there is too much noise then another person on call might have a hard time hearing your voice because the watch only has a single mic.

At home, the mic and even the speaker work the best, with no issue whatsoever.
By the way, the Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha doesn’t support WhatsApp calling, it only displays WhatsApp messages. Now, WhatsApp calling is available on Amazfit Pop 2, so think, Noise could have added this feature too.
Now, the watch doesn’t have a SIM card slot, so you will have to keep your smartphone with you all the time if you want to use the calling feature.
Overall, the microphone and even speaker quality are solid compared to other Noise Smartwatches.
Battery
The Noise Colorfit Pro 4 Alpha has a 270mAh battery and it will take about 2 hours to charge from 0% to 100%.
With normal usage, the watch will last for 5 to 7 days, the normal usage would be, no Bluetooth calling, no 24/7 heart rate monitoring, or No always-on display enabled.
With heavy usage, the watch will last for 1 to 2 days, the heavy usage would be, using Bluetooth calling, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, or even using always on display 27/7.
Of course, battery life will depend on every user and how they use the smartwatch. So take these numbers to get an idea about the battery.
Verdict

Still, if you have any kind of questions then feel free to drop a comment.
